The role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage project teams. The IT Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.

Lead and motivate project team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

Assign tasks and ensure team members are held accountable for their deliverables.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL BAKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role (preferred in LS industry)

Proven experience in design Enterprise/application architecture

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus will be considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects.

Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Fluent in English
Work Environment:
This position may require occasional travel.
- The role may involve working outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
