The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

  • Support discussions with client stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements
  • Support the design and implementation of modern technology platforms and enterprise applications suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY
  • Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice by supporting client proposals and internal initiatives


To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business
  • Initial professional experience, including internships / traineeships, constitutes an advantage; proven affinity or interest in technology is required
  • Exposure to business process analysis and design, especially in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry; initial experience designing, implementing, and/or using ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a strong advantage
  • Proven communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, desire to learn and adapt, and drive for results
  • Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus
  • Interest in travelling in Switzerland and internationally
