Profile of a drafter, interior architect, skilled in BIM on ACC and Revit:

Technical skills:
Advanced mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC software (including elements outlined below):

• Family modeling while incorporating client's shared parameters.
• Inputting and consolidating model data.
• Creating and modifying templates.
• Adhering to specified levels of detail.

Strong understanding of BIM and its principles.

Solid comprehension of standards and regulations related to architectural design and construction.

Experience in developing interior layout plans and space planning.

Design and creativity:
Ability to propose creative ideas for functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Aptitude for translating client needs and requirements into design concepts.

Collaboration and communication:
Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other collaborators.

Project management:
Proactivity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with BIM methodologies for managing project-related information and data

Job role will require you to:
Create space planning layouts

Conceptualize and sketch design concepts.

Develop design concept into completed and approved schemes.

Material and furniture selection and specification.

Adhere to project budget.

Source materials and products included in plans.

Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

Utilize computer applications in the design process.

Create technical drawings and develop to construction drawings
