Job Description

We look for an IT analyst to operate our HRIS platform, in a multinational environment. Strong analytical capabilities to support IT software are required.

Knowledge of the HR processes (of which core administration, Time and Labor, Learning, Recruiting, Performance appraisal) would be an asset.

Main Responsibilities

Business analysis

  • Identify synergies and optimization potentialities on current HRIS Platform and propose solutions.
  • Keep a close contact with all HR stakeholders worldwide

Operational

  • Manage support priorities (triage), ensure requests are understood by Oracle support
  • Manage user support, ensure issues and problems are qualified and properly addressed.
  • Fix problems directly whenever possible, leverage tool capabilities
  • Coordinate quarterly release change management
  • Ensure issues resolution and end-user follow-up
  • Work closely with IT and Oracle support.

Project Management

  • Plan, track and oversee development and implementation.
  • Collaborate in software development and deliver test and training activities.

Skills And Experience

  • Confidentiality and reliability, able to manage very confidential information.
  • Excellent punctuality.
  • Extensive and proven experience as an IT Analyst / project manager within a multinational or financial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to understand and master existing and upcoming software packages.
  • Good knowledge in relational database queries.
  • Good knowledge in HR administration processes.
  • Eager to lead and take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and come with concrete and pragmatic proposals.
  • Autonomous, flexible and agile within a continuous changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to interact with different cultures.
  • Good written and spoken English, Italian.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Good Project Management skills.
  • Basic experience in VBA and Power BI is a plus.
