We are looking for a Global Strategic Talent Souring Manager. In this role, whilst reporting to the Organizational Capability, Workforce Planning & Talent Attraction Global Leader, you will contribute to the enablement of Hitachi Energy to deliver against the hiring goals while developing and nurturing specific talent pools for current and/or mid- to long-term goals.
As an individual contributor, you will be highly involved in the development of the sourcing strategy and will also be playing an active role in the execution of the talent Acquisition activities, projects and initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, Capability & Workforce Planning, Employer Brand as well as with other key HR and business representatives.
Tasks
- Strategically build and maintain a network of passive candidates for specifically targeted pipelines and meeting expectations in terms of quality (assessment, prequalification) and diversity, whilst ensuring a compelling, personalized and high-touch candidate experience aligning with Hitachi Energy’s employer brand
- Through direct research activity or with the support of external vendors, continuously conduct market mapping analysis ensuring proactive industry and talent market insights are identified, shared and embedded in decision making process. Ad-hoc research projects when needed
- Build an efficient and clear process ensuring a fluid collaboration and exchange of information between every stakeholder: Talent Acquisition Teams (Recruiters and Sourcers), Human resource Function, Hiring Managers, others.
- Rigorously monitor and analyze results to ensure optimal alignment and overall effectiveness of efforts versus the needs and projected goals
- Develop content for training and information sessions aiming at upskilling the Regional Talent Acquisition Teams (Recruiters and Sourcers) and to enhance a talent Ambassador capability within the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners community
- Through the support of the various regional teams, drive the process of gathering and transformation of organizational data into dashboards, metrics, reports, and commentary to drive and illuminate business insights resulting in better informed more effective, and efficient business decisions and actions
Requirements
- A relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on sourcing activities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workload

- Excellent knowledge of diverse Applicant tracking Systems and CRM
