We are currently looking for an Indirect Procurement Cluster Manager Spain & Portugal

Procurement embarking in an exciting journey to revolutionize the way external spend and cost are managed at Amplifon. You will functionally report to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement based in the HQs in Milan and to the GMs of Spain & Portugal operating company.

The Indirect Procurement Cluster Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of progressive, fit for purpose and future proof sourcing strategies that deliver cost efficiencies, supply assurance and quality enabling spend owners, business units and functional partners to maximize the value they receive from vendors.

This role will ensure procurement strategies, processes, and program executions are fully integrated to support internal budget business plans and Company objectives and will actively collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure that our knowledge, relationships, and investments are effectively and efficiently leveraged.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for Global Procurement (Group) in Spain & Portugal; works closely with the Global Procurement Category Manager
  • Drive cross-countries savings initiatives with a strong focus on Marketing, IT and Retail.
  • Develop and implement forward thinking sourcing strategies providing a competitive advantage to the region.
  • Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to be considered a trusted strategic advisor by identifying, understanding, and fulfilling business needs.
  • Provide financial support for spend forecasting and budget management
  • Insure organizational, systems and process effectiveness of the indirect procurement function

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Procurement, Business or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years' experience in Indirect Procurement in matrixed environment and familiar with category management
  • Experience managing Marketing spend is a plus (Media offline, Digital Media, Marketing print, Creative agencies, Contact Center)
  • English and Spanish mandatory (fluent both written and spoken)
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for large supplier contracts
  • Direct hands-on experience in an ERP systems environment preferred
