J&J MedTech Switzerland is recruiting for a FP&A Manager located in Zuchwil, Switzerland to join our Supply Chain DACH finance team supporting and improving financial planning and analysis. The DACH team is part of the global DPS FP&A center of excellence with 6 team members locally in Zuchwil and will ask for many cross-function and cross-country partnership in a changing environment.
This is a fixed-term contract till December the 31st, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Develops tactical and operational plans for the Financial transformation journey and supports organizational objectives and business goals.
- Allocates resources to meet objectives and goals.
- Serves as a main point of contact for internal customers.
- Compiles data used in the preparation of financial reports or analysis. Assists in month-end process by generating month-end reports, prepare and comment management reports (BvA), lead functional review meetings. Validate drivers and maintain data accuracy.
- Supports senior members of the FP&A department through consulting, interpreting, and evaluating financial information, and prepares actual vs. forecast analysis for reporting and planning. Adheres to established safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Plans and coordinates annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Leads the FP&A agenda and related deliverables (FBP, JU, NU)
Qualifications
Education:
- Finance Master's degree in Economics or Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent experience
- CMA/ CIMA / ACCA or Chartered Accountant preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years of dynamic & diverse experience within several finance & accounting related functions.
- Consistent track record to effectively lead & manage a team of finance professionals.
- Resourceful, independent and able to take initiative and act as change agent. Demonstrated success within an environment with a high degree of change and complexity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, and ability to own a strong compliance environment. Process oriented with strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Compliant Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliation experience.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and shown success in leading projects & processes.
- Strong standout colleague, ability to work with teams in a virtual environment to meet the future needs of the business.
- Excellent communication & business partnering skills, excel in data storytelling, ability to summarize key business information to Senior management.
- Influencing skills - across cultural differences and ensuring all management understand the Financial priorities and constraints, ability to align business partners on tough financial calls.
- High confidence in English, other languages advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP, TM1 and Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
