Are you ready to make an impact in a global organization that leads innovation in healthcare? We invite you to join us as a Commercial Associate, where your expertise will enable our Business Unit (BU) to focus on business-critical initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in supporting administrative and operational tasks while ensuring compliance and perfection in all commercial activities for the assigned therapeutic area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Handle payment processes for suppliers and service providers through systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR, or Manual Bank Payment.
  • Facilitate the creation, renewal, and cancellation of contracts for events, ensuring accurate archiving.
  • Coordinate the lifecycle of promotional materials, including annual reviews to ensure compliance with HCBI and regulatory standards.
  • Support team document management, knowledge storage, and records retention processes.

Commercial Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and implementing commercial events, including internal training meetings, congresses, and customer events.

Budget & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to lead budget control processes for the BU.
  • Ensure full compliance with laws, J&J regulations, and HCBI principles, serving as a role model of the J&J Credo.

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Network to balance workloads across Business Units and provide leave coverage when necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Act as a Super User or Process Champion for specific supported systems or processes (e.g., Concur, eMP, HPR, ICD, MBP, JJAR).



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in electronic data processing systems (e.g., eMP, Ariba, Concur).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Dedication to high ethical standards and compliance.
  • Proficiency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
