We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven:
Chef(fe) de Rang Room-Service
The Chef de Rang is responsible for welcoming and serving guests in the rooms assigned to him/her by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant. He/she anticipates customers' needs and meets their expectations with attentive, personalised, friendly and careful service.
The Chef de Rang's main tasks are:
- Prepare the mise en place according to established standards so as to welcome customers
- Serve food in the room
- Check customer satisfaction
- Follow up with the hotel's various departments (kitchen, reception, housekeeping, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Qualified in catering (BEP/CAP)
- English required
- Open-minded with good time-management, organization and communication skills, diligence and commitment.
- Ability to keep a positive and responsible attitude.
- Team player.
- Excellent presentation and hospitality skills
- Outgoing and enjoy customer contact
- Previous experience preferably in a similar position and in the luxury hospitality segment.
