Position Summary
As a “Junior Capital Investment Consolidation Specialist”, you will be in-charge of administrative activities related to the CAPEX, LEASING, and INTANGIBLE ASSETS budgeting, planning and approval process in close
collaboration with Markets SPOC and Center functions (e.g., Operations, Group Control).

A Day in the Life of a Junior Capital Investment Consolidation Specialist
- Oversee and support the CAPEX approval process for the Group
- Contribute to the preparation of the CAPEX Reports for top management and Board of Directors on approved investments and actual expenditure
- Contribute to the update of standards relating to the Capital Investment Process
- Contribute to regular reporting and reconciliation of actual costs
- Master the process related systems (Provide support to users and participate on updates and future evolution of the systems
- Contribute on an ad hoc basis to Group initiatives, such as Capital efficiency, Post Project Evaluation, ROIC improvement, sustainability
What Will Make You Successful
- Master Degree in Finance or Economic
- Up to 3 years Corporate financial and reporting experience within a finance function (i.e., Accountant, Market Reporting, Controlling)
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
- Knowledge of the Nestlé Group structure: Companies/Markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as ability to work under pressure. Ability and desire to learn fast. Autonomy and reliability.
- Strong computer skills in MS-Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- At ease working with various information system
- Fluency in English, French is a strong benefit
