Business Process Excellence Manager
.
As a part of the Process and Organization Development division, your role will be to lead and drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a team member, who has a clear commitment to business process transformation, change management, modelling as well as to pursue a strategy to implement best practices to develop a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a process excellence deployment strategy and key business improvement initiatives around Quality using appropriate methodologies, principles, tools, and techniques.
- Lead the development of end-to-end business processes, contribute towards higher maturity levels and solving process-related challenges encountered by the organization.
- Ensure that the outcomes derived from strategic business process improvement is in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture to support the design of processes into the architecture model considering the overall business process architecture approach and following the integration strategy.
- Define and implement a performance management framework including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate and engage with process sponsors, owners, and cross functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive quantifiable improvements.
- Serve as the point of contact for specific project initiatives and best practices.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Quality and the quality teams to enhance quality and business process management including governance documentation.
- Monitor, evaluate, control, and manage the integration of management systems related requirements (e.g., Safety, Security) into business processes.
- Use data-driven insights to measure process performance. Analyze and identify opportunities that impact quality, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction, to enable easy determination of their constituents.
- Educate business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes, to meet processes efficiency and the highest quality standards.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in process improvement, quality management or operational excellence roles, and business process transformation at an enterprise level and proficient in these techniques.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in enterprise architecture, business architecture or business analyst role in addition to an engineering or project management role.
- Experienced in business process management and quality management (in ATM is a plus).
- Professional credentials in NAF, TOGAF or, Zachman framework, in ArchiMate & BPMN modelling languages.
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred).
- Demonstrable successful leadership and interpersonal skills in leading cross-functional projects.
- Strategic and operational thinking as well as strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or French.
Location: Geneva or Dübendorf
When: 01.02.2025 or per agreement
Work percentage: 80-100%
