In this role you will join our Alpine team (Switzerland and Austria) and support dedicated marketing efforts for assigned brands and products. The brand manager will support the preparation and execution of Marketing activities for the dedicated brands/indications in Switzerland and Austria.

The Brand Manager is an important member of the Alpine marketing team, working in close collaboration with a small cross-functional team. You will support strategic thinking and planning and drive the execution of brand plans.

Brand manager responsibilities include:

  • Support/lead strategic and tactical planning process for Alpine in alignment with the global and regional teams.
  • Adapt global assets and campaigns to localized campaigns and materials.
  • Manage the local production, e.g., agencies and ensure local sign-off of all materials.
  • Supports colleagues in the field in the analysis and classification of key accounts based on predefined criteria of potential key customers.
  • Support and execute training of sales team on cross-functional relevant activities.
  • Track and follow up on strategic and tactical plan implementation.
  • Drive and take part in cross functional projects, and work collaboratively and in alignment with the Medical, Market Access to implement the strategy and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Special focus is needed on customer insights and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Oversee and support/own brand budget.

Essential for the role

Proficient in German and English, French is a plus.

  • Proven pharma marketing and good knowledge of ethical rules.
  • Experience of developing and implementing solid brand plans
  • Experience in complex and highly scientific disease areas
  • A strong patient centric approach with a sense of commercial innovation
  • Experience with different marketing and digital channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Master´s Degree (desired) or equivalent, in Marketing
  • Hands on approach and can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and belief in cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Good strategic, analytical and project management skills and a strong sense for planning, structure, prioritization, and execution.
  • Innovative and out of the box thinking.
