For a client based in Zurich we are looking for an: Automation Commissioning Engineer.

As an Automation Commissioning Engineer, you will participate the automation deployment of complex systems (Mechatronic, Electrical and HW/SW).

Mission

• You will participate on-site installation of complex automation equipment.
• Perform commissioning and troubleshooting on the systems.
• Redact testing procedures.
• Analyze the performance of the existing systems and make recommendations to improve operations.
  
  

Profile

• Software Automation Engineer or technician degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with test and commissioning activities.
• Good knowledge of Design in complex system based on:
• Mechatronic,
• Electric Design (Low power),
• HW and SW platform based on PLC (Siemens S7), DCS, PAC both in PC embedded configuration with Operative System real-time.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (C/C++) LAN Ethernet, I/O management, Condition Monitoring, SCADA COTS.
• German or English fluent, knowledge in Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure
