The Opportunity:

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre l'équipe FP&A Europe sur un poste couvrant deux grandes thématiques décrites ci-dessous. Vous reportez à la Directrice FP&A France & Benelux.


Vos responsabilités

  • 50% FP&A France :

Soutenir vos partenaires business locaux dans leur transformation FP&A et assurer une transition douce vers le nouveau modèle.

Maintenir un principe de double-contrôle sur des éléments financiers entre autre :bonus trimestriels, revue des provisions préparées par le share service comptable ou l'analyste FP&A

Maintenir le modèle de prévisions financières et d'analyses des ventes et poursuivre ses améliorations.

  • 50% Soutien à la transformation et à la standardisation de la région

Analyser les processus actuels, les rôles et les responsabilités dans les différents pays.

Faire une analyse comparative des différentes approches et proposer un modèle/des solutions adaptables à tous.


Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme de Master en Contrôle de Gestion / Finance

  • 5 années d'expérience comme contrôleur de gestion commerciale ou financière. Une expérience en gestion de projets serait un plus.

  • Qualités recherchées : curiosité, organisation, flexibilité, bonne communication, orientation

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et des outils informatiques

  • Capacité à comprendre et inter-agir dans un environnement matriciel et multi-culturel
