Job Opportunity: Experienced Fitness Instructor and Potential Swim Teacher

Position: Experienced Fitness Instructor and Potential Swim Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Group Fitness Instruction: Design and lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to a diverse range of participants, incorporating a variety of training styles and techniques.
• Health and Fitness Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and fitness principles, with the ability to provide guidance on exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness.
• Industry Proficiency: Navigate and contribute effectively to all aspects of the health and fitness leisure industry, staying updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices.
• Swimming Instruction (Optional): While not a mandatory requirement, the ability to teach swimming lessons will be considered a valuable bonus. If you possess experience in this area, it will enhance your overall suitability for the role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor with a track record of successful group fitness class delivery. (Les Mills, Indoor Cycling Watts Training)
• Recognized fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, Les Mills).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fitness environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
