We are seeking an experienced WiFi and Ancillary Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a substantial eight-digit revenue stream, developing and overseeing the P&L, and ensuring the optimal performance of our global operations. This role demands a strong commercial mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a globally distributed team.

  • Proven experience managing large revenue flows, with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth and optimisation.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, with a thorough understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on key performance metrics.
  • Expertise in global operations, with experience managing teams and processes across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in benchmarking practices and the ability to apply industry insights to improve services.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, globally distributed team.
  • Prior experience in WiFi, technical or sales services or a related field.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with financial and operational analysis tools and software.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee and manage an eight-digit revenue stream, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
  • P&L Development

: Build and manage Profit & Loss statements, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies with our globally remote offices to maximize profitability across WiFi and ancillary services.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage global operations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Analytical Excellence: Leverage strong analytical skills to identify trends, drive data-based decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to ensure our services remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts towards common objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, presenting performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
