We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Wholesale Operations Intern to join our Wholesale Team .

Your mission:
Supporting the wholesale operations team, the individual will develop and apply knowledge in marketing and sales, collaborating on strategic company projects and gaining experience in event management and data analytics.

Leads Program:
Efficient assignment of leads to the different members of the sales team.

Collection and analysis of feedback provided by the sales team.

Identification of areas for improvement in the program and proposal of innovative solutions.

Trunk Shows:
Comprehensive management of the trunk show calendar, ensuring coordination with all involved.

Collaboration with the commercial team in the organization and successful execution of each trunk show.

Conventions:
Management of client attendance confirmations.

Support in the organization and logistics of conventions.

Other Tasks:
Collaboration in special projects of the marketing and sales department.

Support in reporting and data analysis.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events or similar.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher), verbal and written. Other languages will be a plus (Italian, French, etc.).

Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Proactivity, creativity and initiative.

Interest in the fashion industry and sales.
