EFI is looking for a Service Engineer to support EFI-Inedit's software products on customer global site.

The candidate should must have a working experience in managing software applications for graphic art industry, especially in textile market. He should also have strong interest and knowledge in computers, operating systems, networks.

The candidate should be ideally located in the neighborhood of Barcelona, Spain.

Job description:

• Installing our software applications, managing configuration and color calibration, providing technical support to global customers.
• Creating and managing color profiles and software settings, accordingly with customers needs.
• Training and support customer operators,
• Partecipating in tradeshow events, providing support, performing demonstration, communicating with customers.
• Reporting to Customer Service Manager in Spain.

Job Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent know-how of textile Computer Aided Design, Textile inks and processes of industrial textile printing.
• Good knowledge of Imaging and textile design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good knowledge of color management.
• Excellent Spanish and fluent English speaking.
• Strong interest and knowledge in computer technology.
• Highly organized, good communication skills, problem solving attitude and customer focused.
• Driving license.

Other well considered skills:

• Knowledge of Inedit software.
• Knowledge of EFI-Reggiani printing machines.
• Knowledge of textile technology.
