Sei un leader motivato e appassionato con esperienza nella gestione di team di produzione? GSK Parma sta cercando un Team Leader di Produzione dinamico e orientato ai risultati per unirsi al nostro team nel reparto Sterile High Containment Facility (SHCF).

Il reparto Sterile High Containment Facility (SHCF) si occupa della produzione di farmaci sterili liquidi e liofilizzati in flaconi con applicazione oncologica.

In ottica di consolidamento del team di supervisori in forza al reparto SHCF, il Team Leader di Produzione sarà inserito all’interno dell’area nel ruolo di First Line Leader.

Come Team Leader di Produzione, avrai la responsabilità di garantire la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati, concentrandoti per almeno il 70% del tuo tempo sulle linee di produzione. Svilupperai le competenze del tuo team e assicurerai elevati standard di sicurezza, qualità e servizio del reparto.

In questo ruolo, tu…

  • Gestirai e coordinerai un team di circa 10 operatori, guidandoli per raggiungere gli obiettivi di produzione e assicurando il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità.

  • Monitorerai e migliorerai le prestazioni dell'area di produzione.

  • Identificherai e risolverai i problemi in tempo reale applicando il processo di problem solving e coinvolgendo le funzioni aziendali di riferimento;

  • Collaborerai con il team per sviluppare le capacità individuali e di gruppo, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo;

  • Manterrai relazioni efficaci con le altre funzioni aziendali (QA, Ingegneria, Logistica, Area tecnica) per risolvere tempestivamente le problematiche.

  • Rappresenterai un modello di riferimento, mettendo in pratica i valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le politiche aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza.

  • Utilizzerai i sistemi informativi quali SAP, Workday, GERIP WEB, ePel etc;

Perchè TU?

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline tecniche o scientifiche.

  • Esperienza in un ruolo di leadership nella gestione della performance di personale in ambito produttivo.

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).

  • Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici.

Requisiti preferibili:

  • Conoscenze tecniche relative al processo di manufacturing e delle normative di sicurezza e qualità nel settore farmaceutico.

  • Capacità di leadership, comunicative e relazionali, attitudine al problem solving, capacità di influenzare e resilienza.

Disponibilità: operatività su turni (6/14-14/22) e 6/7.
