Job description

Part of the Sustainability team based in madrid, your responsabilities will be :

• Reporting :
  • Support during the 2025 reporting period ( 2024 sustainability report, Ecovadis, CDP): project management, data collection and analysis, redaction.
  • Contribute to the management of the reporting program, which include coordination with government entities and internal departments.
  • Identify solutions for external audits of the sustainability report and participate in planning for external audits.
  • Implement improvements on current processes to align with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

• AI & Automation :
  • Assist in identifying and deploying solutions to automate and facilitate data management, including reporting and carbon footprint assessment through AI technologies.

• Materiality :
  • Conduct the 2025 Materiality assessment and integrate the results into the reporting improvement plan, which could involve stakeholder consultation and data analysis.

• People Engagement :
  • Support and possibly lead the organization and animation of events related to sustainability, ensuring that these events run smoothly and achieve their engagement goals.
  
  

Ideal profile :

• Master degree in Business Administration, engineering or university.
• Previous experience in sustainability is a plus
• Willing to work with diverse people, coordinate multiple projects.
• Willing to work with data, analysis, calculation models, processes and AI.
• Strong proficiency in excel and ideally Power Bi.
• Fluency in English;
• Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
