ExpertVoice is looking for an individual who has proven success in leading successful indirect sales initiatives via partnerships. You have experience with aligning partner motivations with desired business outcomes to build creative programs that drive measurable performance for all parties. Our partnerships team is responsible for prospecting new & fostering existing relationships with professional organizations & retailers. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly growth KPIs by setting and maintaining high standards for measurable performance and execution, aligning with wider company goals, objectives, and key results
  • Analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue and create distinction from competitors
  • Contribute to the growth, engagement and retention strategy with both existing and new partners, assisting in creative partnership development, go-to-market execution and ongoing reporting, among other things
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of strategic growth potential and ensure the ongoing success of member (expert) acquisition
  • Offer data-driven insights about member (expert) engagement and propose features that have a meaningful impact on growth and engagement
  • Travel as needed to prospect for new partners and meet with existing partners to develop strong, successful relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships that drive significant and measurable KPIs
  • Analytical with a high degree of business acumen
  • A corporate retail and/ or partnerships background and bring an ability to influence, communicate and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including both internal and external senior executives
  • Revenue-oriented, a self-starter, with a proven track record of providing problem-solving leadership and meeting revenue targets via solutions-based consultative sales best-practices
  • An achiever that thrives on challenges and has a proven history of successfully, consistently achieving revenue quotas and objectives, within a complex client acquisition-driven business
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Available and willing to travel as needed
