Your activity

Reporting to our Customer Service Department, you will:

• Take delivery of, install and set up our machines, and train customers in the use and maintenance of our machines
• Check the conformity of our machines against our recommendations
• Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance contracts
• Ensure the migration of new applications in all technical fields (mechanical, control system, automation, IT, electrical)
• Carry out in-house tests for customers and the technical office
• Produce detailed reports for each intervention
• Follow customer projects from A to Z
• Availability to travel 50-70 %

Your profile

• HES engineer in microtechnology/mechanics, CFC in polymechanics or automation with additional training as a technician
• At least 3 years' experience in after-sales service
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Beckhoff) is a plus
• Autonomous, proactive, dynamic with good analytical and organizational skills
• French, German or English mother tongue, any other language an asset
