Are you looking for a place to grow and where you can make a difference? We are searching for a Senior Team Lead Modern Collaboration (Cisco/Microsoft) who will have a mission to provide hands-on UC expertise and to lead a small but very talented team. Reporting to our Senior Director, Services Delivery to reach targets and deliver on strategic business objectives and goals. This key position requires to actively interact with clients on site and remotely to meet complex requirements of a solution, fulfil client`s needs, deliver projects with quality inside planned timeline.

Actively interact with clients on site / remotely to meet complex requirements of a solution, fulfil client`s needs, deliver projects with quality inside planned timeline. Solving of the technical issues resp. escalating them to the relevant third parties

Support Sales and Solutions team with technical aspects of client proposals for Microsoft collaboration and productivity solutions

Be a technical advisor to our international clients migrating to Microsoft Office 365 cloud including:

  • Specific workshops with customers to get a common understanding in customer needs and possible solutions;
  • Development of technical concepts and solutions;
  • Validation of solutions offered (feasibility)
  • Ensuring complex solutions meet client requirements;
  • Estimate and execute Proof of Values with clients to demonstrate value of Microsoft solutions


Create low-level designs

  • Project delivery in time with quality and client focus (i.e. global Microsoft Teams roll-out incl. video conferencing and Room Systems with leading vendors)
  • Leadership with ability to delegate lower complexity tasks to engineers and technicians and support resp. monitor them. Lead by example and mentorship of engineers and technicians is expected on this role.
  • Mentorship of engineers and consultants to encourage their professional growth. This may include developing technical training materials and conducting training programs and educating engineers on basic technical details. The Microsoft Technical Consultant proactively shares best practices and experience and develops the technical team


Qualifikation

  • Technical degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS technologies
  • Technical and deployment domain expertise in key areas of Microsoft technologies, Microsoft 365, EM+S, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • Knowledge with (virtual) SBCs and Direct Routing, Scripting (i.e. PowerShell)
  • Ideally expert knowledge and real-world experience for Microsoft Teams calling & meetings
  • A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and service offerings
  • 3-5 years working experience with Microsoft Communications and Collaborations technologies (Professional, Support, Cloud and Managed Services) and Microsoft security skills as additional plus (or willingness to learn and develop)
  • Proven client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Business development and project management experience would be advantageous
  • Team player
  • Microsoft Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert a big plus
  • Microsoft Certified : Teams Voice Engineer Expert a big plus
  • Microsoft Certified : Any Azure certification welcome (from fundamentals to Expert) a big plus
  • German and English fluent; French (a plus)
