What you will do
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Operations Specialist in Spain.
Your primary responsibilities will be to manage, administer and optimise the Lighthouse MarTech stack. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Marketing Operations, the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will be managing the martech tools, and supporting colleagues to access them in order to enable smarter decisions. You will also be supporting the marketing operations team with managing the day-to-day marketing operations tasks as well as reporting and analysis.
In this position you will closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Enablement, Go-To-Market, Data analytics and other cross-functional stakeholders to execute operational projects to increase marketing productivity and reduce the cost of sale.
Where you will have impact
- Ensure the marketing automation platforms fit the strategic needs and allow for operational excellence. Ensure optimal utilisation, data integrity, and integration with other systems.
- Execute system integrations of the existing and any new tech stack.
- Recommend, implement and manage new martech tools, such as intent tool, spam prevention, inbound lead conversion app, video platform, event registration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Storyblok).
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise marketing automation processes and campaigns to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall marketing performance and to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure tools accordingly.
- Conduct thorough testing to guarantee the accuracy and functionality of implemented tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, providing timely solutions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand their goals and objectives and align tooling improvements or additions to support.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Optimise existing marketing and lead management processes, ensure these processes are built for scale, identify any potential gaps and recommend strategic improvements.
- Document marketing processes for guidance and future reference.
- Help solve key marketing challenges such as attribution, lead assignment and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting.
- Help manage the marketing database, ensure data quality and hygiene at every stage.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly marketing reporting, tracking performance and measuring marketing attribution and success.
- Assist with the day-to-day details in marketing operations.

Who you are
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations
- Demonstrated experience with Hubspot/Marketo
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Storyblok
- Experience with the Google platform (GA4)
- Experience with martech tools such as intent tool, spam prevention, inbound lead conversion app, video platform, event registration
- Comfortable analysing and visualising data in BI tools (Looker) and Excel
- A results-driven individual with a strong ability to analyse data in order to inform marketing decisions (determine ROI, campaign effectiveness, regional lead volume trends,…).
- Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully
- Exceptional attention to detail, great time management and clear communication skills.
- Team player, ability to collaborate with colleagues, work independently when appropriate
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in line with Lighthouse's values and culture
- Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus
