We have partnered with a fast-growing asset manager (CHF 1.2bn) in Switzerland looking to hire a high yield credit analyst for their fixed income team.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Credit Research covering High Yield Corporate sectors & generating trade ideas as a Credit Analyst is a key requirement for this role.

The team is led by a successful PM with a strong track record and the focus of the role will be on trade idea generation, providing top-down research support, and driving strong investment performance.

Requirements

• Preference for candidates with buy-side experience.
• Ideally 7+ years of experience in HY Credit Research/leveraged finance, with deep sector expertise.
• A degree in economics or a related field from a top-tier university, with excellent academic performance.
• Understanding of macroeconomic drivers, including growth, inflation, and monetary policy.
• CFA designation (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
• A strong desire to contribute to building a best-in-class investment process.
