WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
We're looking for candidates willing to join our engineering services team, which manages the design of Ground Control Segments for Satellite Navigation systems (e.g. the european constellation Galileo).
The engineering services team is a multidisciplinary group including aerospace, software, hardware and networks experts working together to create, evolve and maintain the architecture supporting the ground segment operations for satellite missions.
Some of our projects are managed following an agile approach, and we need to reinforce our capabilities in this area.
Join us to drive the agile change in the Space sector! The main activities associated to the position are:
Coordination of agile teams as Scrum Master
Support to team Product Owners
Coaching of team members
Agile events organization
Meetings moderation and facilitation
Participation in training events
Participation in project planning ceremonies (moderation, dependencies solving)
Retrospectives coordination and execution
Performance improvement activities
Agile tools management (e.g. KANBAN, Boards, ...)
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for experts in agile methodologies with background and interest in IT related projects, advanced level in English is mandatory
