What you will do
- Boost Automations & Lead Gen: Develop automations and streamline CRM processes.
- Own CRM Magic: Keep our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and accurate, tackling duplicate entries and supporting key CRM tasks.
- Track KPIs & Optimize: Monitor local team metrics, sharing insights that help leaders drive productivity.
- Drive Sales Success: Resolve or escalate sales issues to keep momentum strong
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align with marketing, operations, and customer excellence teams for smooth communication and shared goals.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-impact projects that move the business forward.
- Train & Support Sales Reps: Equip the team to use CRM tools effectively and follow streamlined processes.
- Ensure Fast Lead Response: Promptly assign and engage leads to keep the sales pipeline flowing.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up with trends to foster continuous improvement in sales ops.
What you will bring
- Experience & Skills: 1+ years in sales support, operations, or similar roles, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical & Report-Savvy: Strong with numbers and data, able to create insightful reports, and enjoy problem-solving.
- Operations-Driven: A passion for tech and a mind focused on operations and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional at managing relationships across teams and departments.
- B2B SaaS Know-How: Good understanding of the B2B SaaS world, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Adaptable & Eager to Grow: Quick to learn new tools and skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Interpersonal Skills: A true team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven Problem-Solver: Analytical and evaluative skills to tackle challenges effectively.

- AI Know-How: Familiarity with AI tools and automation to streamline workflows is a big plus.

Compensation & Perks
- You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work).
- We will offer you a very competitive salary based on your past experience and future potential, including a variable component baked into it. We also want you to have stock options since we want you to grow as the company grows and to celebrate FounderNest’s success at all levels.
