Your Tasks

• You work closely with the European retail team, which currently supports more than 500 locations
• You accompany projects up to the operational implementation and constantly optimise the practical processes
• You contribute your ideas when it comes to the development and implementation of new processes, products or services
• You support our Europe-wide regional managers, who look after our partner dentists as well as our own clinics / locations
• You are responsible for the operational onboarding tasks of our new locations in Europe
  

Your Skills

• You are studying business administration or a comparable degree programme
• Ideally, you have made your first work experience in the startup industry
• You want to take over your own areas of responsibility from day one
• You have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
• You enjoy working with different tools
• Reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working complete your profile
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
• You speak fluent English and have a very good command of Spanish
