What will your duties/responsibilities be? – Plan and organize the Food and Beverage Department, organizing the necessary resources for the correct provision of the service. – Determine the team of waiters and work shifts. – Manage supply and relationship with suppliers. – Supervise the decoration and setting of the room to create a comfortable environment and an image in line with the service of the hotel restaurant. – Define the processes to follow before (preparing the tables), during and after the service, to ensure customer service, quality levels and the desired results. – Compliance with the Department's budget. – Adjustment of the hotel's gastronomic offer and adjustment of prices. – Compliance with the standards set by Marriott. – Leadership – Advise the client on gastronomic aspects offered by the hotel restaurant. What do we need from you? – Previous demonstrable experience in hospitality as a F&B manager of at least 3 years. – Previous experience in hotels is valuable. – Total time availability and flexibility. – It is essential to speak Spanish, bilingual Catalan and advanced English, other languages are valuable.
