About the Role

The Quality Inspector will oversee the quality control processes for eSail production and installation. This role ensures that all components and final products meet strict quality and safety standards, working closely with the operations and engineering teams to monitor production phases and conduct thorough inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections throughout the eSail production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to implement corrective actions for any quality issues identified.
  • Ensure all inspections comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and provide reports to management.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Support the training of production staff on quality control best practices.
  • Perform final inspections on installed systems to ensure operational readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control or inspection roles, ideally in a manufacturing or maritime environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
  • Experience using quality control tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
