We are looking for a JR Project manger to

• Support the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts.

• Support the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance.

• Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Main point of contact for support services to Regional Client

• 2. Triage and assign tickets in co-ordination with Service delivery leads

• 3. Release communication to Client

• 4. Track timelines and follow-up both Support team and Subs

• 5. Manage prioritization of tickets and get the tickets resolved as per the priority

• 6. Manage escalation of maintenance tickets in particular manage escalation, communication and closure of major incidents

• 7.Handle escalations and communicate and take measures to meet client expectations

• 8. Manage weekly and monthly meetings with Subs

• 9. Plan and execute Service Introduction/knowledge transition

• 10. Coordinate with Subs for up coming campaigns and align support process
