As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Project Manager to join the Art team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Art Leads and Directors on planning roadmaps, balancing workload, tasks assignment and and follow up on their execution.
• Align with other producers and project managers on projects deadlines and expectation among departments. Make sure that priorities, dependencies and requirements are identified and respected
• Manage art requests coming in from other departments and translate them into format appropriate for artists
• Make a workflow of Art department clear and predictable for the Art team and other departments. It includes maintaining dashboards, planning documentation and reports.
• Provide support in hiring and onboarding processes
• Keep technical documentation and pipelines guidance for Art team in up-to-date state
  

Requirements

• Experience in a project management role in the video game industry, preferably in an artistic department
• 4+ years exp in a project management or producer
• The ability to see through and follow up on asset development from start to finish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• The ability to identify risks and issues and propose solutions to resolve them
