PMO – International Business & Strategy (Openbank)

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

Mission and responsibilities:
As an International Business PM, you will manage, control and deliver Openbank's Project Plans, related both to international expansion as well as to other ongoing initiatives in any of the countries where Openbank is already present. As part of the Digital Business team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and control of each of the projects under your responsibility.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Responsible for the detailed monitoring and daily updating of all international expansion projects simultaneously (monitoring in GANTT methodology).
Coordination and daily work with all the work areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.)
Detection and escalation of risks, analysis and proposal of solutions for their mitigation.
Operational reporting to the Project Director of the status of all tasks on a weekly basis.
Daily and fluid communication with all work teams, both national and international.
Capacity for a transversal vision of other convergent projects and dependencies.
Coordination and management of Committees and weekly or on-demand follow-up meetings.
Generation of minutes and reports.
Identification, control and planning of new tasks necessary for the correct progress of the projects.
Management and control of all project documentation.
Ensure compliance with all project milestones for the correct launch of the new bank on the market in a timely manner.
Direct contact with senior management.
Planning, coordination, and control of various test activities.
Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software.
Encourage different teams to work collaboratively to contribute to achieving the team’s business outcome.
Development and definition test methods and test tools.
Report, track, and create test reports.
Project and testing management based on Jira and Confluence tools.
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.

To be successful in the role you must have

+5 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
MBA as a nice to have.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
High level of English.
