As the Performance Marketing Manager at Vorwerk International, your primary responsibility is to lead our 2024 digital strategy across all paid media channels with the aim of acquiring new customers, increasing demand for our products, and maintaining the market leadership of our Thermomix and Kobold brands in the household products segment.
In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conceptualise, oversee, and execute digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with customer expectations and deliver a profitable ROI. You will proactively monitor and adapt to evolving trends and challenges in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
Please note that this is a temporary 5-month maternity cover contract.

Job Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Vorwerk International teams to facilitate the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives. This includes communicating asset requirements, providing performance insights, and developing best practices for social media, search, CRO, etc.
Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans, establishing clear targets and deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to establish benchmarks and ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Campaign Management: Create and supervise performance marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing awareness, generating leads, and boosting e-commerce revenue.
Budget Management: Allocate budgets in line with strategic plans, monitor performance and ensure a strong ROI.
Data Analysis: Ensure all campaigns are comprehensively tagged and trackable. Perform in-depth analysis and generate project reports, encompassing channel analysis, KPI evaluation, and actionable insights.
Training and Documentation: Develop training modules and playbooks to foster skill development and initiatives across various channels, including PPC, Social, Display, Video, and others. Also, cover topics such as funnel optimisation, content strategies, measurement, and attribution.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and service providers, to ensure seamless collaboration and the effective execution of marketing strategies.
Stay Updated on Latest Trends: Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and optimisation to ensure that our marketing efforts remain effective and competitive.
Your Profile
Digital Experience Know-how:
4+ Years of Digital Marketing: Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn), display & video advertising and/or SEO.
Data Analysis: Skillful at using tools and techniques to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, with basic knowledge in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Datorama or similar.
A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for optimising creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Content Marketing: Familiarity with content marketing strategies and their integration to enhance campaign performance.
Competitor Analysis: Proficiency in analysing competitors' strategies, identifying and presenting opportunities for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting: Able to create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance effectively.
Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of relevant regulations, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry-specific compliance requirements
Behavioural:
Project Management: Effective operational skills to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Problem-Solving: Creative thinking to find innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
ROI Focus: A strong emphasis on measuring and optimising marketing efforts for cost-effectiveness.
Team Player: Ability to communicate, collaborate and support other team members in achieving common goals.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (excellent oral and written) and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% if required
