À propos de vous et de ce rôle Notre site de Villers St Paul recherche pour son département Logistique un Opérateur Logistique travaillant en 2x8 sous l’autorité du responsable des opérations. Ce poste présente des possibilités d’évolution vers les postes d’opérateurs en production pour des candidats motivés et sérieux. Responsabilités Exigences EHS :

• Respecte et fait respecter les règles de sécurité, santé, environnement décrites dans les procédures
• Porte les EPI nécessaires à son activité
• Maintien de la propreté et du rangement de sa zone de travail et des installations.
• Participation aux formations sécurité dont la réunion sécurité journalière

Responsabilité du rôle :

• Accueil des chauffeurs et contrôles des EPI
• Chargement et déchargement de camions de produits finis ou matières premières (citerne liquide et camions de palettes) dans le respect scrupuleux des procédures et consignes écrites (check list)
• Conditionnement de produit fini liquide en fût ou en container 1000L ou produit sec en big bag
• Conduite de chariot élévateur en respect des règles cardinales de sécurité (vitesse, port de charge, port de la ceinture de sécurité)
• Effectue de la préparation de commande
• Passation rigoureuse des consignes entre collègues
• S’assure du bon niveau de stock des consommables logistiques et informe sa hiérarchie en cas de stock bas
• Participe au bon tri et évacuation des déchets
• Signalement de tout dysfonctionnement au coordinateur d’activité
• Peut être amené à faire de la maintenance de premier niveau
• Effectue les Inventaires de produits finis et/ou matières premières dans les bâtiments
• Rédaction des non conformités en cas d’anomalie (enregistrement informatique)
• Participer aux Root Cause Investigations (arbre des causes)
• Selon l’expertise, participe à la formation des nouveaux arrivants
• Travail au moins un samedi par mois (récupéré le lundi)

Qualifications

• Rigueur, discipline, autonomie, dynamisme, bonne humeur (contact facile)
• Volontaire pour aider ses collègues en cas de besoin (travail d’équipe)
• Le CACES 3 est nécessaire
• Un minimum de connaissances souhaité en informatique (navigation sous Windows 10, utilisation de boite mail (outlook) )
• Des notions d’anglais (même scolaire) sont un plus
