Purpose of Role

To play a key role leading and managing pitches/proposals/tenders that come into the business in all prospecting and conversion needs.

To work with the team in identifying proactive prospecting opportunities and working with the Growth and Strategy teams to craft appropriate and impactful approaches.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Key role in the inbound new business process.
    • Decipher the client business challenge and propose the optimal response leveraging Interbrand disciplines
    • Qualify leads for viability of potential client partnerships
    • Development of credentials presentations/tender completion
    • Contribution to new prospect meetings through insightful point of view
    • Tailored proposal development
    • Creation of fees/timeline working with different teams



  • Assist the development approach for proactive targeting.
    • Working with the team to guide approaches and lead ideas based on our targets in addition to reacting to daily news stories
    • Ability to write impactful opinion pieces/ letters to gain traction with target companies.



  • Contribute to, and create, new business initiatives and processes.
    • Identifying new business activities in collaboration with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment between new business targeting and annual marketing objectives
    • Pinpoint significant Spanish, LatAm and Middle East businesses to enhance opportunities and set up initial meetings. Assist with new business development within the regional markets as new opportunities arise.



  • Manage and support the Interbrand pitch process.
    • Develop the role as the integral member of all pitch teams – lead the creation of credentials, proposals and information submissions
    • Coordination and management of all pitches (i.e. scheduling meetings, booking resource, background research, client point of contact, assisting with rehearsals and wash up sessions in addition to weighing in on the strategic point of view, etc..) Ultimately, thinking ahead and anticipating the needs of the team/client.



  • Contribute to overall IP development for Interbrand.
    • Contribute through pieces and topic ideas to the Interbrand blog, in addition to broader opinion pieces and articles.

Qualifications

  • Significant and consolidated previous experience and a proven track record within the branding field preferred
  • Experience 10+ years working for a brand consultancy with a new business experience
  • Degree/equivalent level qualification
  • Excellent English level (speaking, writing and translating).
