What you will do:

• Mentor and guide Microsoft 365 support engineers, fostering team development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Act as the primary escalation contact, collaborating closely with Microsoft and other stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs to improve service quality and performance.
• Oversee security and compliance of Microsoft 365 services, responding to incidents and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations to share knowledge across the team.

What you bring & who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory and PowerShell.
• Hands-on approach with a user-centric mindset.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English, our primary business language.
