We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Advisory Associate to support our clients on the development of strategic market access and pricing plans, as well as a robust framework for launch dossiers development for several groundbreaking pharmaceutical products in key emerging markets. This position will focus on building robust market access frameworks, developing comprehensive pricing strategies, and creating pharmacoeconomic models to support product adoption, particularly in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and health authorities to optimize product pricing and ensure successful market entry. You will also support the strategic development of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies to reinforce the product's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities :Market Access & Pricing Strategy :
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive market access strategies tailored to the regulatory and payer environments of LMICs, with a key focus on several SSA, LATAM and SEA markets.

Support pricing strategy formulation, ensuring competitive yet sustainable pricing while working with health authorities to negotiate optimal reimbursement terms.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including payers and reimbursement agencies, to identify market entry barriers and overcome them.

Launch Dossiers & Submission Support :
Lead the preparation of launch dossiers for product registration, ensuring all materials meet regulatory and payer submission requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams appointed by the Client to compile clinical, economic, and market access data into comprehensive dossiers for government approval and payer consideration.

Pharmacoeconomic Modeling :
Collaborate with the Client team to build pharmacoeconomic models that demonstrate the cost-effectiveness and budget impact of the products in LMICs.

Leverage real-world evidence and outcomes data to develop health economic evaluations that reinforce the value proposition of the products to payers and decision-makers.

Stakeholder Engagement :
Establish a roadmap for the Client’s engagement with healthcare providers, government officials, payers, and patient advocacy groups to ensure alignment on market access strategies and pricing frameworks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the launch and sustained success of the products in key LMICs, with a key focus on SSA markets, including government and payer representatives.

Policy & Reimbursement Advocacy :
Provide guidance and support in policy advocacy efforts to influence government policies that facilitate market access and fair pricing for pharmaceutical products in LMICs.

Assist in the creation of reimbursement frameworks and provide insights on payer needs and policy changes to optimize market opportunities.

Performance Monitoring :
Help monitor the impact of pricing and access strategies through the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide feedback to the Client’s senior leadership on pricing, access, and pharmacoeconomic initiatives based on evolving market conditions and regulatory updates.

Go-To-Market

Oversee the end-to-end go to market strategy development

Prepare presentations and reports to meet the clients' agreed deliverables and facilitate the clients’ execution of such strategy

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Qualifications :
A BS/BA degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

A Master's degree in a similar field will be preferred.

Proven experience in market access, pricing, and health economics within the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular focus on LMICs.

Solid understanding of global pricing regulations, reimbursement processes, and market access challenges in healthcare systems, ideally with experience on navigating SubSaharan African markets.

Experience in the preparation of launch dossiers and supporting submissions for regulatory and payer approval in SSA, SEA or LATAM.

Strong background in health economics, pharmacoeconomic modeling, and real-world evidence generation.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience collaborating with government officials, payers, and healthcare providers.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per annum
