HR Transformation & Technology KPMG Spain is part of a global practice with more than 1,500 professionals specialized in the transformation of organizations from a people’s perspective. We have a Global Center of Excellence that develops cutting-edge methodologies and approaches that we make available to our clients. In this ever-changing market environment, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture. We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

  • HR Strategy: define the HR strategy to deliver value to the business, enhance their reputation and minimize risk with key stakeholders and government. Leading and managing HR strategic transformation programs driving performance and value through impactful workforce insights & intelligent HR reporting
  • HR Transformation: define the HR Target Operating Model: processes, policies, technology, service delivery model and procedures of HR departments in line with best practices and trends and create the business case
  • HR Technology: explore alternatives to the recommended solutions, design Project Definition Plan and implement solutions to ensure effective process transformation and new model deployment


The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead the delivery of SuccessFactors and Payroll system implementation projects.
  • Form, mentor, and manage a team of consultants to execute project deliverables effectively.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize their human capital management processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.


The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Minimum of 7 – 8 years’ consulting experience in HR Technology Project Implementations and/or Technology Services Support.
  • Should have experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Spanish Payroll
  • English
  • Other certifications: SuccessFactors Certifications are desired
