MANAGER INFORMATION SECURITY ITSCM AND DC SECURITY

MANAGER INFORMATION SECURITY GOVERNANCE – IT SERVICE CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT (ITSCM) AND DISTRIBUTION CENTRE (DC) SECURITY
PURPOSE
The role is responsible for all efforts to reach a state of continuous compliance by partnering and engaging with our technology, business, and brand teams to adhere to policies, reduce security risks and maintain compliance. Part of overall duties is to establish, maintain and advance the information security governance framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in leading and monitoring adidas ITSCM and DC Security activities
- Review and evaluate current scope and state of compliance
- Coordination of ITSCM and DC Excellence assessments to achieve and maintain compliance
- Identify and prioritize gaps and action plans for remediation.
- Analysis and reporting of ITSCM and DC security status
- Maintain repositories for documentation for the services
- Provide consultancy to product and business teams.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Global and local Tech teams.
- Information Security Teams
- Assurance teams (e.g. Legal, Privacy, Audit)
- Respective business function (e.g., GOPS, DC, Finance, HR, Wholesale/Retail, eCom).
- Vendors
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient spoken and written command of English.
- At least 5-year experience in IT.
- 2 years of experience in relevant area.
- 1 year of experience in team management.
- Understanding of different culture.
- Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.
