The Quality Management System Engineer will be responsible for quality management system and KPI management, also support the implementation of local and global quality strategies.

Your Contribution

• Follow up KPI in a monthly basis, place or follow actions triggered by the KPIs analysis.
• Set targets for the nect months and years, set the new metrics.
• Risk register and follow-up actions to reduce/mitigate risk.
• Development, control, and improvement of the quality management system. Drive the implementation of QMS/Quality Manual requirements on site via appropriate implementation strategy.
• Stablish and maintain the document management system.
• Process management: coach and help international departments toshape and implement processes, analysis of business processes and KPIs with the process owners.
• Supporting departments in defining and presenting their processes.
• Engage in quality initiatives to continuously elevate the quality culture and drive process improvements.
• Managements reviews and site procedures approval.
• Serve as a key point of contact within the site for information about the QMS and its implementation status.
• Ensure effective communications for changes to the QMS.
• Support and implementation of local and global quality strategies.
• Internal audits program and ensures that observations are adressed (root cause identification, implementation, and closure).
• Host external audits (e.g. ISO 9001) and ensures that observations are adressed (root cause identification, implementation, and closure) and reported back to timely to auditor.
• Layered process audit and problem-solving high-level view (for KPIs management).

Your Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
• English proficiency.
• BSc in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
• ISO 9001 certification. IATF certification is a plus.
• In.depth understanding of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
