¿Qué buscamos?

Una persona titulada universitaria en ámbito científico-técnico, con experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en el área operativa.

Se tendrán en cuenta candidaturas de formación profesional con experiencia en el rol.

En dependencia de la Líder de Área de Fabricación de Aerosoles, su misión principal será:

  • Control de las operaciones de fabricación (Process Confirmation)
  • Organización de recursos para orientar al equipo a la consecución de objetivos (Performance, Personas)
  • Liderar la mejora continua realizando Gembas y Process Confirmation, detectando y resolviendo Problemas, gestionando Ciclos de Mejora.

Se trata de una posición temporal (12 meses) con posibilidad de puesto indefinido.

Se trata de una posición de trabajo a turnos rotativos.

Posibilidad de trabajar en 4º Turno (Sábado y Domingo)

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y procedimientos de Seguridad y Calidad del área. Responsable de llevar a cabo la respuesta rápida en las investigaciones de accidentes, incidentes y desviaciones producidas en su turno.
  • Plan de programación de su turno:
    • Acordarlo y garantizar su cumplimiento.
    • Coordinar la organización del personal del turno
  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo.
  • Liderazgo en el rendimiento a través de Tier1 (Process Performance Management).
  • Trabajar según OneGPS, siguiendo su propio LSW, que mediante Gembas y Process Confirmations, 5S y PS, asegure que las formas de trabajo buscando 0 Accidentes, defectos y desperdicios. Promover las mejoras de aspectos de EHS, calidad y operativos.

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Titulación universitaria, valorables formaciones de ciencias o ingeniería.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas Ms Office.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos.

Valorable:

  • Experiencia en entornos GxP.
  • Conocimientos de SAP u otros ERP.
  • Conocimientos en análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en Power BI o similares.
