Business Analyst Senior Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a trusted and empowered member of the EL Business Insights Team, you will support partnerships with ABB Business Areas and Divisions and develop a wide range of analytics solutions using visualization and analytics to provide data driven insights for decision making. You will be leading one the components (Analytics over Rebates) within the Global Pricing Analytics project for one of ABB Business Areas. The Pricing Analytics team has grown over the years, and we are currently looking for an experienced individual that will help us deal with increasing demand of our data products and widen the scope of the analytics we provide. The work model for the role is: #LI-remote You will be mainly accountable for: • Building complex data structures and reporting processes that accurately measure business performance. Designing efficient workflows for data transformation and analysis. • Proposing and implementing best practices in data integrity, data validation, test design and documentation. • Analyzing business challenges and providing business analytics to enhance decision-making and drive optimization. Integrating previous experiences in answering the business needs. Present findings at multiple levels of stakeholders. • Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions. Qualifications for the role

• 6+ years of experience as a business, data, or statistical analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP data structures and configuration.
• Strong command over analytics tools like SQL, Alteryx and Python.
• Good data visualization skills (preferably Tableau).
• Experience in Finance and Marketing and Sales business process.
• Good communication skills in English. Critical thinking skill and teamwork abilities.
