Tasks

• Business Development
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (decision makers in the Life Sciences and Industry sectors) to ensure long-term professional partnerships and create new networks
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and lead initiatives that the company initiates with target customers
• Key Account Management
• Global Talent Acquisition
• Source, evaluate and select candidates for supported client projects
• Dine sourcing strategy to attract the right talents for consulting projects
• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process
• Talent and Team Management
• You will be supporting cross-divisional, cross-team projects and initiatives to improve the consultant and customer experience
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in Swiss-German and English
• Young graduate, holding a MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
• You have between 0-3 years experience
• Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
• Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
