In this role you will be accountable to deliver and to orchestrate the delivery of IS Domain Service Lines operations activities. Coordinates and supervises internal and external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Builds IS Domain Service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects
• Map business process demand to existing or new IS services providing and helping on the direction of new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners
• Plays an active role in the definition of new contract with Vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition
• Is responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery, escalation and relationship management
• Is accountable for fulfilling the service requests in the agreed SLAs and collaborate with IS Service Owner to define Domain Service Catalog
• Reviews SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities
• Executes the IS Domain service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units and IS operations team members as well as external 3rd party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model” as advised
• Collaborates with IS Business Areas team to define, optimize and review: Service Requests and all processes related to domain service delivery and operation
• Oversees any process related to 3rd party and internal IS supply related to domain service delivery and operation
• In concert with IS Business and Customers ensures satisfaction with IS services understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IS services; all within the scope of responsibility
• Manages relationships with 3rd party suppliers, GBS IS Service and local experts (where applicable), to resolve issues, provide updates and collect feedback from relevant stakeholders
• Focuses on enabling the relationships strategically, tactically and at operation level contribution
• Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
• For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification.
• Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
  

Your background

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in relevant area.
• OSCP, CEH or PEN-200 are required.
• CREST-CRT, OSWE, WEB-200, OSWA, OSEP certifications would be preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong experience to manage operation services in the challenging environment
• Strong experience on managing 3rd part vendor resources on site and remotely
• Experience in IS risk, offensive security, and PEN Testing
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
