What will you do?

Exciting opportunity opened within our Italian Technical R&D Drug substance Global innovation team.

In this role, you will develop your scientific knowledge, you will be part of a innovation driven group of people with the mission to innovate the Drug substance and drug product process development.

The intern is expected to provide laboratory support to perform chromatography and analytical experiments for protein purification process .

What will you learn?

The intern collaborates with scientific staff to implement, and interpret the data, using scientific data knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions, will have access to technical R&D laboratories and equipment.

The intern will be trained to use chromatography and related analytical equipment together with the associated softwares.

At the end of the internship the intern will be able to use purification technologies (chromatography focus) and associated analytical methods.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum technical knowledge biological processes and analytics is desired, a high agility and a high desire to learn is expected.
  • Bsc in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or any other similar studies…
  • Basic knowledge of process analytics (western blots, HPLC)
  • Basic knowledge of chromatography / filtration
  • High Level of English
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Good communication capability
  • Optimistic mindset
  • Customer oriented
  • Easy networking
