The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. At PowerCo, you will join a dynamic team, where your legal acumen will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving corporate landscape. As Incentive and Central Topics Expert, you will be the driving force behind ensuring effective implementation of the company incentives strategy as part of the company´s financial strategy. This will involve ensuring favorable justification for each of the presented applications. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the main corporate central topics and committees.



How you will CELLebrate



Within the responsibilities of this role, it will perform tasks such as:

  • Effectively ensuring implementation of the company incentives´ strategy and guaranteeing accountability of the conceded aids.
  • Coordinating a close follow-up of the assigned subsidies and its related projects, working across different functions of the company with the objective of ensuring project execution and detecting potential deviations or risks.
  • Follow up controls that ensure accountability of every stakeholder involved in the process and guarantees a favorable justification.
  • Coordinating external companies involved in the incentive strategy and application process, such as technical teams and engineering support, auditors or consultants.


Regarding Committee Steering (central topics):

  • Coordinating the Board of Directors (BoD) and the Audit & Good Practices Commission (AGPC), mainly in their preparation, execution, follow-up of tasks, etc.
  • Steering the pre-meetings and of both the BoD and AGPC for its correct preparation.
  • Steering to identify, list and follow-up the tasks given within both the BoD and AGPC and monitor their progress and execution.
  • Plan, organize and prepare all necessary documents and materials for the correct celebration of both the BoD and AGPC meetings.



What you need for our CELLebration



  • Minimum of 3 years of practicing experience.
  • Professional experience in managing public aids, project management and dialoguing with government bodies.
  • University degree in Business or related field required.
  • High proficiency in English, with German language skills being a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various departments within the organization.
