We belong to an Austrian company and our team is based in Spain. We are a small but fast-growing team of 10 professionals with different nationalities and backgrounds working from a beautiful villa in a central neighborhood surrounded by parks and convenient metro and bus lines. In a regular work day you can expect different interviews and interactions in different languages.

Your role:
After internal training, you will be able to take over the following responsibilities:
Exhaustive Search and Selection of candidates
Conduct interviews
Work closely with Senior consultants and support them in their projects
Creat and post online detailed Job Descriptions
Write reports in English, Spanish and German related to specific HR projects
Conduct market research for your positions
Improve your language skills and get to know the Spanish culture
