Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a professional who is able to take the position of HREX Technology Service Owner for HCM – Human Capital Management and Global Mobility within the HREX Organization. Your role will be to manage technology element in the HCM and Global Mobility Experience, orchestrate suppliers for applications’ development and maintenance in non-Workday space. You will be mainly accountable for: • Work with Experience Lead and Application Owner to provide consultancy for all matters concerning technology and IS processes. • Support in building tactical product roadmaps within the HREX HCM & GM space. • Contribute in delivery of HREX HCM and Global Mobility Experience objectives by identification of opportunities to optimize and improve IS services. • Accountable for the IS capabilities within HCM and Global Mobility Experience, like business analysis, solution architecture and operations management. • Provide technical assessment of new demand and all other changes within non-Workday landscape. • Collaborate with other HREX IS roles in horizontal services like: IS Run Manager, Project & Release Manager, Architecture Integration Lead to effectively deliver IS Services. • Act as the connection point to bring in other ABB IS relevant teams based on requirements e.g. Security/Integrations. • Connect with Vendors of technical applications to ensure the Recruitment Experience IS services meet the required standards and contract obligations are met. Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IS area, especially within application and system lifecycle, IS Service Delivery, Service Management and IS Project Management.
- ITIL foundation is a must have and other certificates including other specific ITIL are nice to have.
- Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in managing external vendors in the managed services space.
- Experience in managing global teams.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Previous experience in process Improvement & Optimization.
- Leadership and Collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
