Role Overview: At Hector Kitchen, the role of an HR Manager goes beyond traditional hiring. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategy, partnering directly with leadership, and ensuring that as we grow, our culture and values remain at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet their objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Drive initiatives that promote workplace culture, employee engagement, and employee retention.
Enhance and maintain our employer branding to attract top talent and position Hector Kitchen as an employer of choice.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving disputes or misunderstandings, and ensuring workplace policies are adhered to.
Implement learning and development programs that align with our company's goals and employee needs.
Oversee the company's performance review process.
Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR function.
Your profile
3+ years of experience in an HR managerial position.
Proficient in both English and French; other European languages are a plus.
Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced start-up environment.
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
